Certainly! If you contact us at least 14 days before your booking, you’re eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date.

Delivery & set up is free within a 30 mile radius of Salt Lake City, Utah. Contact us if you are outside of those limits and are happy to help.

Our tents are weather proof. In the case of light rain, we will proceed with the nornal set up. If the weather is severe we will give you the option to reschedule your booking based on availability.
We furnish each bed with an all season dewey, sheet, pillow and a lightweight blanket. You are welcome to bring your own blankets and sleeping bags.
Our glamping tent can include up to 4 twin beds comfortably. Or 1 queen and 2 twin beds max. Or about 6-8 glampers sleeping on the ground in the blank canvas tent.
